Consulting and Drafting Required Documents and Licenses
The most important step in an export procedure is providing the necessary documents and any failure at this level could result in some problems like late-delivery of products or an undone clearance of goods in the destination country. It will charge both parties with extra fee and the most important result would be the lessened business credit of the seller against the buyer.
Some of these required documents are provided directly by the seller and others will be issued in case by other companies or organizations like transportation companies, insurance companies, chambers of commerce, environment and agriculture organization, food and drug organization, and inspection companies. Most of the documents are obligatory in the clearance procedure and some others are not; in fact, the type and number of documents are different for any cargo depending on the following items: transportation type and vehicle, cargo type, sales contract, origin country, customer (destination) country, mutual obligations, payment method and so on.
