ADLI Export Management Company, with direct access and establishing communication with Iranian manufacturers, acts as the buyer’s representative by conducting necessary evaluations such as quality assessment, production capacity, compliance with standards, and price analysis. After conducting the evaluation, we proceed to issue a report and upon the buyer’s approval, we manage the supply chain on behalf of the buyer.
Buyer identification is done in two ways:
- Buyers have already identified their desired manufacturers and have conducted all evaluations. In this case, we only manage the supply chain on behalf of the buyers.
- We identify the desired manufacturer on behalf of the buyer, based on the requirements and standards of the buyers, and manage the supply chain on behalf of the buyer.
Note 1: It is worth mentioning that all supply chain management matters, including negotiations, contracts, packaging, labeling, transportation, insurance, and customs formalities, are handled by our company.
Note 2: This supply chain management can be done with or without the presence of the buyer.

We assure that there are no payment concerns when working with Iranian companies, as we have our own facilities and established payment routes overseas.

Our product portfolio caters to the needs of importers, wholesalers, bulk buyers, third parties, and retailers.
- Some products are readily available in warehouses, while others require custom orders.
For custom orders, the specifics and quantities of goods are negotiable.
- We work as the buyer’s agent in Iran.

- Commercial transactions are conducted under our company’s name or our overseas company.
To streamline the sales process, we use our company’s name or, in some cases, our overseas company’s name as the seller on documents. The manufacturer’s name will not be displayed on the documents.
- If necessary or upon the buyer’s request, an inspection certificate is recommended.
To ensure the trustworthiness of transactions and the conformity of goods with the order, we recommend obtaining an inspection certificate from international inspection companies in Iran. Any inspection fees will be borne by the buyer.
- Confirmation of contracts by governmental organizations.
To foster a trustworthy and enduring business relationship, mutual contracts can be confirmed by the destination’s chamber of commerce, Iran’s embassy, or the joint chamber of commerce.
- Payment Policy.
To align with the payment terms for manufacturers working with ADLI LTD, we execute the buyer’s offer after receiving the full payment for the cost of goods. We only accept advance payments and cannot accommodate other payment methods such as payment on delivery, open account, mixed payments, etc. Additionally, any other costs must be settled before shipment.
